These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by Logic Marketing SLTD ("Company", "we", "our"), registered at Blvd. Positano 9a, office 5, Sofia, Bulgaria, 1000. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Logic Marketing SLTD provides digital marketing services including but not limited to:

  • Google Ads campaign management and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Social media marketing and management
  • Content creation and copywriting
  • Data analytics and performance reporting
  • Strategic digital marketing consulting

The specific scope of services for each client is defined in a separate written service agreement.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for campaign management.
  • Grant necessary access to advertising accounts (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) required to deliver the agreed services.
  • Ensure that all materials, content, and business information provided to us comply with applicable laws and platform policies.
  • Notify us promptly of any changes that may affect campaign performance or strategy.

3. Intellectual Property

All reports, strategies, creative materials, and deliverables produced by Logic Marketing SLTD remain the property of the client upon full payment. Our internal tools, methodologies, and processes remain the exclusive property of Logic Marketing SLTD.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the business relationship. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

Logic Marketing SLTD provides services on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as a particular number of conversions, revenue, or ad impressions. Our liability in any case shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question during the preceding calendar month.

We are not liable for decisions made by third-party platforms (including Google) that affect campaign delivery, account suspension, or policy enforcement.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in the individual service agreement. Invoices not paid within the agreed period may result in suspension of services. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual contract. Upon termination, we will provide all relevant data and access credentials back to the client within 14 business days.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify active clients of material changes via email.
